What if I need to cancel my request?2018-06-18T03:16:24+00:00

We require a 48-hour notice to cancel pre-scheduled services and time bank allowances. If you cancel services within 48-24 hours’ notice, then there will be a minimum 2-hour service charge. Same day cancellations, no cancellation notice is given, or if the client is a no-show for the scheduled appointment, then the full-service fee/time bank deduction will apply. If the client is late for a scheduled appointment, the purchased rate will still begin at the scheduled start time. Any time already dedicated to a canceled task will still count against your time bank.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your time bank, please let us know! We are happy to review your account with you.

Absolutely! And don’t forget to give us your shopping list or at least food preferences including any allergy concerns!

No, these additional expenses are the responsibility of the client; however, you don’t have to worry about handing your credit or debit card over every time you need an errand to be run or worry about wasting your time getting your payment method to us.

The process for time and costs associated with the completion of tasks is:

  1. The time spent on task will be deducted from your time bank.
  2. Expenses related to tasks, such as shopping, dry cleaning, car wash or maintenance, etc., will be immediately be covered on our account. We will cover max purchases of $250 (or accumulative charges up to $500 if you are a recurring member and we have a credit card on file for monthly invoicing).
  3. You will receive an invoice at the end of the month showing total due and a breakdown of expenses incurred on your behalf to complete a task request.

Essentially, if it is a normal household cleaning task that can be completed quickly then we can handle it. Is the floor looking a little dirty? We can sweep and mop it. Is there a little dust that can be wiped from a ceiling fan? Your personal concierge will climb that small ladder and address it. We’re probably not, however, your best source for going on a 45-degree roof and removing algae or leaves clogging up the gutters or providing an in-depth deep cleaning before your in-laws arrive. However, feel free to ask us about the all of the other areas of your house we can definitely address or help you locate and schedule a professional to address.

What happens if I use more time? Or, what if I don’t use up all of my purchased time?2018-06-05T07:26:29+00:00

If you don’t use all the hours you requested, these will rollover each month.  If you need more time and need to extend hours, with us the more time you use, the lower your hourly rate goes.  We offer you no limiting labor regulations.

Your Assistant Pro will not do anything that’s not moral, ethical, or legal.  Otherwise, we’re open to all tasks even those that have barely been invented – or, you might conceive based on a need you develop.
